  This Chapel is the home of the Blackfoot 6th Ward. Sacrament meeting is held each Sunday at 9:00am. The LDS Church is a worldwide church and each ward has a lay leadership. Members attend wards in the geographic area where they live. Bishops of each ward typical serve for about five years. I have been a member of the LDS church for 50 years. One of the things that first caught my attention was after attending services in Idaho I moved to Virginia and found the exact same teachings in both places. This was not my experience in my former church. Each ward that I have lived in over the years has been a good experience for me and my family. I have lived in the Blackfoot 6th Ward for about 45 years. This is a great Ward and welcomes all who wish to attend. Besides Sacrament Meeting there are classes for all age groups. An LDS Ward is like having a second family who loves and support you.
